Executive Office Coordinator

We are a dynamic accounting firm seeking an exceptional Executive Office Coordinator to join our team. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous paid time off policy.
Job DescriptionAs an Executive Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Scheduling and Coordinating Meetings: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc., and ensure all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
- Record Keeping and Reporting: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and maintain accurate records of office procedures and routines.
- Office Administration: Schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and compile data, statistics, and other information as required.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations for company representatives.
- Customer Service: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, and respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate, supplemented by relevant experience or training.
- Minimum 2 Years Experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in an accounting or financial services environment.
- Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
This is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week. You will be based in our downtown office location and will be required to work in a team environment.
