Receptionist/administrative Assistant

**Job Description & Main Responsibilities**
- Professionally greet, welcome and record each customer entering the dealership and assist with directing to the appropriate party
- Answer telephones and manage telephone system
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments and assist with the Daily Game Plan
- Perform complex and confidential assistant functions including developing and typing written correspondence; responding to routine external correspondence; typing memos, purchasing requisitions, payment requests and other department forms, documents and communications for marketing.
- Perform special projects as assigned
- Help with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook,)
- Prepare visual content to be used on social media
- Enter customer information into the dealer management system
- Input vehicle equipment into the dealer management system
- Ordering Supplies
- Assist with vehicle administration and data entry
- Update Key Management System
- Assist with On-Boarding New Employees
- Assist with cashing out customers and taking deposits
- Perform any other administrative tasks as directed by management.
- Assist with vehicle licensing
**Requirements**:
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Exceptional customer service skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient with Computers and Technology
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities
- Enthusiastic, energetic, personal and friendly
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
