We are an Industrial Distributor that has been family owned and operated for almost 60 years Currently we are in search of a receptionist for our Burlington location. While responsible for answering our phone system directing calls and greeting customers upon arrival, we are looking for someone who can handle a variety of administrative tasks along the way
Position is Monday to Friday, 9:00-5:00.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately both over the phone and in person; notify company personnel of visitor arrival
- Perform daily administrative tasks such as invoicing, filing, detailing purchase order confirmations in system, etc.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic computer knowledge with excellent typing ability.
- Must possess multi-task handling ability, and knowledge of administrative procedures and clerical actions.
- Should be skillful in Microsoft Office, telephone communication, listening etc.
- Excellent written and vocal communication is an important key competence.
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
**Salary**: $35,000.00-$39,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
