**Full Job Description**
**Office Administrator/Receptionist**
We are looking for an **Office Administrator/Receptionist** who is dedicated to assist director in administrative processes.
Our client is an air compressor provider in Canada and the US focused on sales, delivering a variety of compressor servicing and compressor products, and technologies.
- Prepare, edit and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- Schedule and confirm appointments Assist the managing director
- Perform clerical office duties, such as filing and sorting, distributing mail, and shipment.
- Compile sensitive information for the purpose of crafting confidential reporting
- Communication is both verbal and written and involves consolidating and communicating important information with tact and diplomacy.

**Skills and Abilities**
- Minimum of 3 years of directly related professional and/or business service support experience is required. Post-Secondary education in Administration or Business (or equivalent) is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to deal with others effectively
- Ability to organize work
- Physical ability to perform the duties of position
- Ability to operate related equipment
**Hours**:9 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday
**Location**: Burlington
**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
