In this opportunity, **we are seeking an ambitious and driven Receptionist/Administrative Assistant**.
**The Role**
**Qualifications**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional attitude when interacting with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Detail oriented individual with superior organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
- High level of attention to detail and accurate recording
- Experience and knowledge in bookkeeping, QuickBooks and accounting principles
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of office equipment (e.g. printers, scanners and telephone systems).
- Continuous learning ability
- Positive attitude; reliable & willing to help others
- Team player, flexible and problem solver
**Responsibilities**:
- Follow up with clients for invoices
- Enter and maintain internal data base and generate reports from in-house system
- Coordinate and collaborate with other staff to help complete the administrative requirements to get tasks completed
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of the information, including but not limited to organizing, scanning, filing, and other administrative duties when necessary.
- Assist Facility Maintenance Managers as needed.
**Education**:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration, Business Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Additional certifications in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, or Customer Service are an asset.

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

- receptionist: 2 years (preferred)
- Excel Pivot Tables: 2 years (preferred)
