Responsible for all HR related functions of the divisions and provides the appropriate support, consultation and direction to all levels of management.
- Responsibility for the conceptual development and operational implementation of innovative HR concepts for our global locations.
- Further development and implementation of a global job architecture with career pathing, job descriptions and job leveling.
- Enhancement of the performance review process as well as a systematic approach to forward-looking succession planning in accordance with the existing HR software (Success Factors).
- Establishment of a management / talent development program.
- Conception, planning and implementation of an employee engagement strategy.
- Coordination of global learning & development offers.
- Communication of the annual employee survey and orchestration of action planning.
- Support of organizational development projects and design of change processes.
- Supporting the continuous development of People & Change initiatives.
- Ensure company compliance with all applicable legislation.
- Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the ATS Code of Business Conduct.
**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
- A post-secondary degree, complimented with specialization in human resources, personnel administration or equivalent, Master’s degree preferred. A professional HR designation is preferred.
**Experience**:
- Requires a minimum of ten years’ experience, including 5 years in an HR position leading people operations teams in a fast paced high-growth organization.
- Experience in change management and organizational transformation
- Strong business acumen and expert communicator
- A proven track record of building and maintaining a high-performance organization and engaged culture.
- Ability to work autonomously, collaboratively, and multi-task many priorities in a fast paced, project-oriented business.
- Ability to solve problems, deal with gray space and ambiguity at times and demonstrate intuitive judgment.
- Demonstrated previous experience developing strong relationships across all levels of the organization with the ability to influence.
