**What You Will Do**:
Key Areas of Focus:
1. HR Technology Business Analysis - The Global HRIS Analyst supports ATS Automation’s Human Resources Business Partners team globally by bridging business needs to technical implementation. The Global HRIS Analyst listens to ideas, supports discovery process, collaborates, builds current/future state process maps, documents and obtains approvals through internal HR & Corporate IT Governance steering committees.

2. Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Administration - The HRIS at ATS is SuccessFactors (SF) Employee Central (EC). The Global HRIS Analyst must understand SF EC functionality and be able enter and maintain employee data and organizational structure - as well as troubleshoot and train users. ATS also uses SF Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance and Goal Management (PMGM), Succession & Development, Compensation Planning, Learning & Reporting modules - which the Global HRIS Analyst supports in various capacities such as layouts/tiles management, form template management, approvals workflows, language settings, as well as upgrades and enhancements.

3. HR Technology Project Coordination - The Global HRIS Analyst understands and applies project management methodology to design, schedule, build, resource, test and implement requests (new or enhancements). Acting as a change agent, the Global HRIS Analyst makes project goals their own and inspires a sense of shared purpose. Working well under pressure and comfortable with change and complexity in dynamic environments, the Global HRIS Analyst can shift between ‘big picture’ and small (but critical) details.

**What You Will Need**:
**Education**:

- Post-Secondary Degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics or similar field required
- Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) designation or working towards considered an asset

**Experience**:

- 5 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- 5 years of experience as an HRIS Analyst or related role - organizing and implementing enterprise wide HRIS modules (with at least 2 consecutive years within one organization)
- 2 years of experience coordinating projects and gathering business requirements using best-in-class tools
- Exposure to global HR policies, process and best practices - organizing and maintaining employee data within existing (and potentially new) HR systems and technology.
- Advanced MS Excel skills required; confident presentation and communication abilities
- Experience and willingness to work in a large, complex and global environment where responsibilities and priorities may shift according to business needs
- Highly resilient, comfortable in a fast-paced environment and can calmly navigate change
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and storytelling skills with the ability to not only manipulate and summarize data, but also derive meaningful interpretations from data and ability to articulate in a simple and impactful way to a non-technical audience
- Exposure to acquisitions and high-growth global organizations considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion - and handle sensitive information
