Overview
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will administer, coordinate, and assist in all talent acquisition activities with a primary focus on the coordination of recruitment activities. While working on wide-ranging projects in key areas of business operations, the incumbent will work with all personnel to deliver the Eclipse Vision and the Eclipse Entrepreneurial Culture.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare orientation materials and drive the onboarding process including new hire orientations.
- Attend recruitment activities including job fairs, open house’s, networking events and career nights
- Review and update talent acquisition policies, procedures and work instructions
- Complete recruitment reports and metrics as required on a regular basis
- Contribute to the development of policies and best practices for talent acquisition programs and services, conducting research, gathering information and expertise from relevant sources and providing comprehensive reports and recommendations
- Manage the employee referral program
- Provide support for projects and initiatives as directed by Talent Acquisition Manager
- Other duties as directed

QUALIFICATIONS
- Post-secondary education, preferably in the Human Resources field OR an acceptable combination or education and experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in a HR/Recruitment support role.
- Ability to establish priorities and work without supervision
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with an HRIS or an ATS system is preferred
- Advanced computer skills in Excel
- Team player and able to coordinate activities with other departments
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
