We are looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the administration of the entire employee life cycle and employee experience as it relates to wellness, benefits, saving products, perks, recognition, employee programs and policies. We’re looking for someone that is:

- Maintain strong data integrity within HR Systems and records
- Provide support to the overall Human Resources Department
- Foster a healthy workplace by ensuring HR procedures always run smoothly

**What would a typical day be like?**
- Administration, support and accurate record keeping for all employee information and changes; in accordance with company policy and HRIS system and internal processes
- Administer corporate social responsibility, perks, rewards, recognition and service anniversary programs
- Support the promotion of fostering a culture of health and wellness, educating employees, management and prospective new hires on existing company offerings, benefits and programs while seeking opportunities to continually improve and enhance the employee experience
- Support the administration of all medical benefits, life insurance and long-term disability programs: enrollments, billing and termination activities
- Administration, education and communication of RRSP and 401K plans
- Develop and maintain strong educational materials, communication of offerings, changes and processes to employees, respond to all employee inquiries
- Administration of employee programs, perks, subsidies, and scholarship programs while continually seeking to enhance and innovate to deliver on a world class employee experience
- Provide support in reporting, documentation, and analysis on employee compensation
- Complete special projects as assigned
**What qualifies you for this opportunity?**
- Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or related field; or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years’ experience within an HR environment
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and mathematical aptitude
- Excellent organization and time management practices
- Demonstrated customer service skills and ability to provide a wide range of information and advice to internal and external clients
- Proven professionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite / Teams software. Advanced knowledge in Excel
- Experience in Canadian and US group benefits and RRSP, 401K administration is an asset
