Salary Range: SP2, Level 4, $74,242- $92,803 per year. The final compensation for this position will be determined based on individual factors, including education, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.

The Opportunity:
The Product Management, Support & Maintenance team at the Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) has an incredible opportunity to be at the forefront of our digital initiatives, supporting and coordinating the intake, pre-delivery, and release processes that drive innovation. Collaborating closely with the Digital Transformation and Business Delivery group, you’ll ensure that technology requests are handled swiftly and that stakeholders are always in the loop.

What your day-to-day will look like:
- Collaborate with different teams across the AER to streamline the intake and triage of digital transformation technology requests and software releases, ensuring all requests are processed efficiently.- Update detailed documentation of processes related to technology requests and software releases, serving as a vital resource for ongoing improvements.- Track timelines and deliverables to ensure tasks remain on schedule.- Engage in proactive communication with customers regarding technology requests and support mechanisms, promoting transparency and teamwork.- Facilitate self-service access to information for leaders, customers, and stakeholders, empowering them to independently find the information they need and improving overall efficiency.
What we’re looking for in you:
- 3+ years experience with group facilitation and ability to work cooperatively with others.- Licenses or certifications in the following areas would be considered an asset: Prosci, project management (PMP), facilitation or public engagement (IAP2)- Effective communication - through conversation and in business writing
Ability to manage changing priorities, multitasking, and organizing multiple upcoming events simultaneously.- Proven experience in group facilitation and collaborative work with diverse teams.
