**Position Description: Engagement Coordinator**

**About the Role**

The Transition Accelerator is seeking a full

**Key Responsibilities**

**Partner Engagement and Administrative Support**
- CRM Maintenance and Data Integrity: Maintain and update the stakeholder relationship database ensuring records are accurate and comprehensive. Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms is an asset.
- General Administrative Assistance: Perform general administrative duties, including handling regular partner correspondence, organizing meetings, and managing document organization as needed.

**Course Administration and Communications**
- Manage course registration: Schedule instructors, maintain EventBrite, attend and oversee monthly course sessions, communicate with participants, and respond to requests for information.
- Compile quarterly and annual summaries: Track course feedback, revenue, and performance metrics for reporting purposes.
- Provide logístical support for courses and other KM products: Assist with webinars, custom trainings, outreach calls, and other related activities as needed.

**Event Coordination and design**
- Event Logistics: Organize engagement event logistics, including the Net Zero Forum, Building Decarbonization Forum, workshops, and webinars.
- Meeting Scheduling and Organization: Arrange and organize meetings for partner steering committee, and expert advisory committee ensuring effective scheduling and communications.
- Budgeting: track expenses related to courses and events.
- Support Event Design: Assist with the design of online and in-person engagement activities ranging from surveys, meetings, focus groups, regional sessions, workshops, and conferences.

**Special Projects**

Participate in and support additional projects as assigned.

**Experience**
- 3-5 years of relevant event coordination, communications, and stakeholder engagement experience, or a combination of relevant experience and education.
- Demonstrated experience with CRM software, preferably HubSpot, and an understanding of relationship management principles.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, especially for managing logistics, budgets, and timelines.
- Demonstrated initiative and self-starting qualities, with the ability to work independently manage time well across multiple initiatives.
- Proficiency in either English or French, with an ability to work comfortably in English; bilingualism is an asset.
- Experience working remotely.
