**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources, Employee Engagement Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting various HR functions, including: onboarding new employees; coordinating Company events; publishing the Company newsletter, and creating our in-house rewards and recognition program.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. **Onboarding and Orientation**:

- Conduct comprehensive employee onboarding sessions to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.
- Facilitate orientation programs to familiarize new employees with company policies, culture, and procedures including but not limited to Benefits, RRSP

2. **Company Communication**:

- Oversee the company communication site or platform to disseminate information effectively across the organization.
- Coordinate the creation and distribution of the company newsletter to keep employees informed about news, events, and initiatives

3. **Social Media and Company Events**:

- Manage the organization’s presence on social media platforms to enhance employer branding and attract talent.
- Organize social functions, including the annual Christmas party, children's Christmas party, and other events to promote employee engagement and morale.

4. **Rewards and Recognition**:

- Develop and implement programs to recognize and reward employee achievements and milestones (Service Awards).
- Foster a culture of appreciation and acknowledgment within the organization.
- Oversee the creation and ongoing maintenance of the “Kidco Store” or similar employee incentive program.
- Ensure a variety of attractive options are available for employees to redeem rewards and recognition points.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Certificate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Communication or related field.
- 3 years of experience as an Administrator, Event Planner, or similar role, with a focus on: employee engagement, event planning and the developing and administration communication and recognition pro
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in ADP and MS Office Suite.

Pay: $42,048.29-$68,415.64 per year
