**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients through effective communication and customer service.
- Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions, track sales progress, and report on performance metrics.
- Engage in technical sales discussions to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Collaborate with the inside sales team to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver presentations that effectively convey product benefits to clients.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing efforts and convert them into sales opportunities.
**Skills**
- Proficiency in Salesforce for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
- Strong telemarketing skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
- Experience in technical sales is a plus, enabling you to discuss product specifications confidently.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus for engaging diverse clientele.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
