Your primary role will be to engage recruitment decision-makers in small to large enterprises and recommend the most suitable solutions from our offerings.Some key accountabilities will be:Engaging prospects through multitouch approaches (50 B2B outbound calls per day) while meeting sales/KPI targetsConducting discovery calls to understand recruitment goals and suggest appropriate solutionsManaging pricing discussions, handling objections, and guiding prospects through the sales processLeading qualified software demos with product specialistsBuilding and maintaining strong client relationships for repeat business and account growthCollaborating with recruitment teams to align solutions with client needsAs the Sales & Account Executive, you’ll also act as the primary account manager, supported by a team of recruitment specialists to execute the strategies you sell.About YouTo qualify, you'll have proven, successful sales experience, and have worked in some capacity in a B2B environment (e.g., software sales, SaaS, recruitment services, etc.).
