**Job Title: B2B Sales - Dealer Success Manager (Agricultural Focus)**

TuneZilla is on the lookout for a passionate and results-oriented Dealer Success Manager (DSM) to spearhead the growth of our agricultural ECU software business. As a DSM, your primary mission will be to cultivate and enhance our relationships with a targeted niche within the agricultural sector, focusing specifically on tractor field mechanics, Tractor Repair Shops, Agricultural Equipment Dealerships, Field Mechanics, Heavy Equipment Repair Services, Independent Mechanics, Farm Equipment Cooperatives, and other venues specializing in tractor repairs. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring their success on our platform and driving significant growth within this specialized segment of our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Gain an in-depth understanding of the TuneZilla platform, with a particular focus on the agricultural sector, to effectively target and engage with dealers within this niche.
- Build and manage a portfolio of 200-250 dealer accounts related to tractor repairs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and success.
- Act as a strategic advisor to your dealers, offering insights, guidance, and support tailored to the agricultural sector to maximize their success on our platform.
- Solicit feedback from dealers to pinpoint areas for enhancement and relay actionable insights to internal teams for product and service improvements.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to boost dealer engagement and investment in our platform, with a keen eye for services or products that meet the unique needs of the agricultural sector.
- Proactively monitor and address dealer performance issues, ensuring a seamless experience and fostering long-term growth and success.
- Collaborate with development, marketing, and sales teams to share agricultural sector insights, champion dealer needs, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the TuneZilla platform.

**Incentive-Based Pay Structure**:

- Base Salary: Competitive salary reflective of experience
- Performance Bonuses: Eligibility for performance-based bonuses, with a focus on growth and success within the agricultural sector

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience specifically in dealing with agricultural field equipment (e.g., tractors, combines), demonstrating a clear understanding of the sector’s unique challenges and opportunities.
- A proven track record of at least 1-2 years in account management, customer success, or a similar role, with a strong preference for experience within the automotive, or agricultural industries.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with and support a diverse range of clients within the agricultural sector.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, tailored to meet the specific needs of the agricultural industry.
- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a dedicated commitment to driving the success of TuneZilla and our partners in the agricultural sector.
- The capacity to adapt and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a particular emphasis on innovation and growth in the agricultural ECU software business.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
