With a recent expansion into medical and dental uniforms, this marks an exciting opportunity to represent our innovative, high-quality brand, backed by unparalleled customer support, primarily targeting the US market.

**What **We’re** Looking For**:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual driven by ambitious goals, independence, and a proactive mindset to join us as Global Sales Executive. In this role, your primary focus will be on identifying and securing deals with potential B2B clients across various industries including medi-spas, dental practices, surgery centers, and beyond. Throughout the sales process, our experienced product experts will be there to support you, providing you with the necessary tools and insights to effectively close new business opportunities. **QUALIFICATIONS**

You must have:

- **Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales**, ideally within the medical, dental, nursing, spa, medi-spa industries.
- **Strong Interpersonal Skills**: Networking and building relationships is crucial in sales. You should have strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with clients, understand their motivations, and establish trust and rapport.
- **Proven Sales Track Record**: You have a track record that demonstrates your ability to meet or exceed sales targets, develop, and maintain a client base, and consistently deliver results. Previous experience in B2B sales, particularly in relevant industries such as healthcare, wellness, or hospitality, can be particularly beneficial.
- **Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving Abilities**: Sales is not just about making pitches; it requires strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities, overcome challenges, and close deals effectively. A successful Sales Executive should be able to analyze market trends, identify potential clients, devise sales strategies, and adapt tactics based on changing circumstances.
- **Exceptional Communication Skills**: A positive attitude & effective communication are the cornerstone of successful sales. Must be articulate, persuasive, and able to convey ideas clearly and convincingly. You should excel in both verbal and written communication to engage with clients, understand their needs, and articulate the value proposition of our products. Proficiency in PPT, Excel and diligent use of CRM is critical.
- Solid professional references.

It’s a plus if you have:

- Strong financial analytical skills.
- Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

For this position, we offer:

- Remote (~25% travel to meetings, trade shows and conferences).
- Some in person team meetings in Vancouver, BC.
- The salary range for this position is CAD75,00
