**Responsabilités**:
- Gérer l'emploi du temps des agents immobiliers
- Préparer les contrats
- Préparer les annonces de propriétés
- Proposer des idées et gérer les réseaux sociaux pour l'équipe
- Gérer les communications avec les notaires et les agents collaborateurs
- Maintenir l'organisation du bureau
- Gérer la logistique de l'équipe
- Préparer des documents sur Canva
- Organiser des événements immobiliers

Must be self-motivated to work on their own and detail oriented. Technology savy.
**Responsibilities**:
- Take charge of real estate agents scheduling
- Prepare contracts
- Prepare listings for properties
- General social media preparation and ideas for the team
- Manage communications with notary's and collaborating agents
- Maintain office organization
- Manage the team office logistics
- Prepare documents on Canva
- Prépare real estate events
