**JOB DESCRIPTION**

We are looking to amplify our impact and are currently looking for an Office Coordinator to join our growing team If you are resourceful, innovative,proactive and is someone who has a keen interest in streamlining office operations, then this is the role for you You will be working closely with our People and Culture Lead and CFO and will be responsible for the smooth running of our office, updating files, accounts payables and acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, freelancers and vendors.

**What you will be working on**:

- Upkeep with daily office management tasks such as answering phone calls, mail & packages, ordering office supplies and equipment.
- Responsible for vendor and building management, assuring the office is up to code with health and safety standards, subscriptions and more.
- Coordinate employee assets, IT requests (3rd party) and general office operations
- Support the People & Culture team with new hires, onboarding and other HR processes
- Support the Accounts Payable manager in weekly payment processing and bookkeeping
- Help organize events, travel accommodations and overall employee experience

**What you will bring**:

- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest operational improvements
- Knowledge of accounts payable/bookkeeping is an asset

**What you will need**:

- 1-2 years minimum experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager or similar role
- Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office Tools (PPT, Word, Onenote)
- DEC/Cegep Degree is required
- Fluent in English and French
- Proficient in Google Suite (Asset)
- Experience with Start-ups (Asset)
