Qui êtes-vous?:
Vous êtes énergique, vous collaborez, vous avez une bonne capacité de communication et êtes organisé(e). Vous aimez travailler dans un environnement qui change rapidement, être curieux et aimer collaborer avec des équipes fonctionnelles, tout en adoptant une stratégie prospective en matière de résolution de problèmes.
Vous ferez:
- Superviser et entretenir les locaux du bureau, y inclus la cuisine et les salles de réunion, afin de s'assurer qu'ils sont entretenus, fonctionnels, approvisionnés, organisés et bien rangés.
- Commander des fournitures pour le bureau en conservant un inventaire adéquat tout en tenant le budget.
- Assurer la coordination avec le gestionnaire des installations pour l'achat de fournitures supplémentaires et l'entretien, le cas échéant.
- Gérer tous les aspects de la planification de l'espace et de l'organisation du bureau (déménagements, ajouts et changements de postes de travail) avec le soutien de l'informatique, de la LP et des installations.
- Collaborer avec les RH pour mettre à jour et maintenir les politiques du bureau et les affichages, le cas échéant.
- Faciliter l'intégration des nouveaux membres de l'équipe par des visites détaillées des bureaux, en agissant en tant que ressource de référence pour toute question d'ordre général concernant les bureaux.
- Recevoir et trier le courrier quotidien, les livraisons et les courriers.
- Être un membre clé du comité social, en contribuant à la planification et à l'exécution des initiatives sur site et hors site.
- Coordonner et superviser la réalisation de projets spéciaux selon les besoins.
Vous devez avoir:
- Vous devez parler français et anglais, à l'oral ainsi qu'à l'écrit.
- Expérience confirmée en tant que chef de bureau ou dans un rôle administratif similaire.
- Compétence dans la suite Microsoft Office.

Who You Are:

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and maintain the general office space including kitchen and meetings rooms to make sure they are maintained, functional, stocked, organized and tidy.
- Order supplies for the office maintaining adequate inventory of stock while considering the budget.
- Coordinates with the facilities manager for additional supplies and maintenance as needed.
- Manages all aspects of the office’s space and organization planning (moves, additions, and changes to workstations) with support from IT, LP and facilities.
- Partners with HR to update and maintain office policies and postings as necessary.
- Facilitate the integration of new team members through detailed office tours, acting as their go-to resource for any general office inquiries.
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
- Be a key member of the Social Committee, contributing to the planning and execution of both onsite and offsite initiatives.
- Coordinates and oversees the completion of special projects as needed.
You’ll Need to Have:
- Must be Bilingual in English and French - written and oral.
- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
