**Job Title**: Bilingual Office Coordinator
**Position Type**: 12-month contract
**Location**: 500 St-Jacques, Montreal QC
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Office Coordination**:
- Manage the daily operations of the office, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, greeting them and addressing their needs in both French and English.
- Oversee the ordering and inventory of office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with service providers for repairs and upkeep.
- Assist with the planning and execution of office events and meetings (including set up and takedown)
- **Administrative Support**:
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence handling.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations in both French and English.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including booking transportation and accommodations.
- **Communication**:
- Assist with the coordination of bilingual meetings, including preparation of materials and interpretation as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Previous experience in office coordination, administration, hospitality or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service oriented mindset.
- Basic understanding of HR procedures and office management practices is an advantage.
