**YOUR NEW CHALLENGE**

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to have a real impact on the success of our brands by providing effective data and tools to our sales teams and retailers.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage all product data files for ERP system maintenance (SAP)
- Compile and enter product creation data into the company's database system accurately and efficiently
- Review and verify information provided to validate data accuracy prior to entry into SAP system
- Make recommendations for improving work tools and optimizing procedures
- Identify new channels for data updates while maintaining an accurate and up-to-date database of existing information
- Work with department heads to ensure that product data is up-to-date and compatible with system requirements
- Administrative management of products to ensure they are up-to-date and accurate in our database and on our B2B platform

**QUALITIES OF OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Basic understanding of a relational database environment
- Understanding and experience of product management
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bilingual FR/EN
- Knowledge of SAP or Business Central (an asset)
