Administrative Officer

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage and oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Negotiate with suppliers to procure necessary resources.
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Word and Excel, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Coordinate management activities, including scheduling meetings, tracking progress, and following up on action items.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and French
- Experience with management practices
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
