**PSB Boisjoli is currently seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to support Tax Partners as well as senior staff members with general administrative duties.**
**Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Prepare, review and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items.
- Serve as a point of contact between the executives and clients.
**- Communicate with government representatives;**
**- Coordinate requests from governments (MRQ, CRA);**
- Manage invoices, payments, and other financial documentation as needed.
- Play a key role during Tax season; (compiling corporate taxes, trusts, and partnership returns), and proactively ensuring that all monthly deadlines are met.
- Manage timesheet completion for executives.
**- Do various reporting upon request using the various internal databases available**
- Prepare expense reports and submit insurance claims;
**- **Handle confidential information and maintain the security of executive and client files.
**- Participate in diverse administrative projects as required;**
**- and execute additional administrative tasks as necessary.**

- Excellent time management and organizational skills;
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload and adhere to deadlines;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and reassess priorities when needed;
- Sense of initiative and attention to detail;
- Ability to work autonomously;
- Bilingual: Excellent written and spoken French and English;
- Strong communication skills;
- Collaborative and team-focused;
- Flexibility to work additional hours during peak periods;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CaseWare (an asset).
**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education in administration;
- Minimum of five (5) years of work experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant. Working within an accounting firm or other professional services firm is a strong asset;
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Professional demeanor and ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients.

**PSB Boisjoli est à la recherche d’un(e) adjoint(e) administratif(ve) pour soutenir ses associés en fiscalité ainsi que les cadres supérieurs dans l’exécution des tâches administratives.**
**Principales responsabilités**
- Gérer et coordonner le calendrier des cadres, **planifier les réunions internes et externes, ainsi que les déplacements**;
- Préparer, réviser et corriger la correspondance, les communications, les présentations et autres documents;
- Contribuer à la production des livrables et faire le suivi des dossiers en suspens;
- Servir de point de contact entre les cadres et les clients;
**- Communiquer avec les représentants des gouvernements;**
**- Cordonner les demandes des gouvernements (RQ, ARC);**
- Préparer les factures, les paiements et autres documents financiers au besoin;
- Jouer un rôle clé pendant la saison des impôts;(compilation des déclarations d’impôts de sociétés, de fiducies et de sociétés de personnes) et veiller de manière proactive au respect de toutes les échéances mensuelles;
**- Saisir les feuilles de temps des cadres;**
**- Préparer divers rapports sur demande en utilisant les différentes bases de données internes disponibles;**
- Préparer les rapports de dépenses et soumettre les réclamations d'assurance;
**- **Traiter les informations confidentielles et assurer la sécurité des dossiers des cadres et des clients.
**- Participer à divers projets administratifs si nécessaire;**
