**Role Overview**
We are seeking an **Executive Assistant and Administrative Support Specialist** with a dynamic sales mindset and a strong passion for health and fitness to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about diving into various aspects of our e-commerce business while learning directly from the founder. Responsibilities include customer service, order fulfillment, and executive assistant tasks. **Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of our online courses and products.
- Collaborate with our team to achieve sales optimization targets, identifying opportunities for growth and increased efficiency.
- Ensure efficient company operations, fostering strong relationships with customers and international partners.
- Manage the professional and personal calendar of CEO for optimal efficiency.
- Maintain a strong organizational system for all materials and information.
- Assist with creating decks, taking notes, conducting research, and executing special projects as needed.
- Assist bookkeeper by pulling sales and expense reports.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Fluent in both French and English, with exceptional writing and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, from content creation and social media coordination to customer service and order fulfillment.
- Proficient with Apple (Mac) devices; familiarity with Shopify is essential.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating initiative, adaptability, meticulous planning, and attention to detail.
- A proven track record of juggling multiple tasks, with an unwavering commitment to quality and impact.
