Personal Assistant/office Manager

Job Summary:
**Duties**:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner
- Manage front desk duties such as greeting visitors and answering phone calls
- Maintain office organization by handling filing systems and documentation
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and colleagues
- Coordinate schedules using Outlook Calendar
- Assist with managing office supplies and inventory
- Manage social media marketing and advertising for the company
- Content writing for promotion of company on website and other platforms
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office administration or related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks for basic accounting functions
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with file management and record keeping
- Competency in utilizing Outlook Calendar for scheduling purposes
