**Role and Responsibilities**
Executive Support
- Organize and manage the executive's calendar and schedule.
- Plan and organize events, including meetings, parties, and gatherings.
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation, and transportation to align with executive’s preference and schedule.
- Oversee daily household activities, ensuring a smooth and organized environment.
- Coordinate with domestic staff for efficient household operations.
- Manage household inventory and supplies.
- Ad-hoc personal tasks such as personal errands and overseeing contractors and maintenance providers.
Administration of Portfolio Management Activities
- Assist in managing real estate rental properties, handling maintenance requests, and coordinating repairs.
- Liaise with tenants and vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and receipts.
- Assist in financial transactions and reconciliations.
- Assist in coordinating philanthropic activities and charitable contributions.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in office software and productivity tools.
- Proactive and capable of working independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Implement strategies to reduce costs and optimize spending.
- Can leverage available programs and memberships for cost-effective solutions.
**Requirements**:
- Flexible schedule, with availability for 20-40 hours per week, including occasional weekends
- Successful completion of a background and reference check
- Valid G license and own vehicle
- Preferred: Within 20 minutes driving distance to Trafalgar/Dundas E area (Oakville)
