Office Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain and organize office files, both physical and electronic
- Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
- Utilize QuickBooks to manage financial transactions and generate reports
- Assist with data entry tasks to ensure accurate record keeping
- Maintain an organized and tidy office environment
- Provide excellent customer support to clients and visitors
- Assist with medical office administrative tasks, if applicable
**Skills**:
- Proficient in operating phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Strong file management skills, both physical and electronic
- Excellent clerical skills, including typing, filing, and organizing documents
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Accurate and efficient data entry abilities
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills for providing support to clients and visitors
- Previous experience in a medical office setting is a bonus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
**Salary**: $20.41-$30.94 per hour
