**Job Title**: Office Manager / Executive Assistant

**Reports To**: CEO

**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Office Management**:

- Oversee and manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed.
- Manage office equipment, including printers, copiers, and phone systems, coordinating maintenance and repairs.
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls, directing them appropriately.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
- Maintain office organization and cleanliness.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for management team.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.

**Executive Assistant**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and other executives as needed.
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain confidential files and records.
- Conduct research and gather information as requested.
- Assist with personal errands for executives as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant (3+ years).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to handle confidential information with utmost integrity.
