Office Assistant Manager

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Office Assistance**:
- Provide high-level administrative support your executive, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for executive meetings and appointments.
- Act as a liaison between your executive and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs, placing orders, and verifying receipt of supplies.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization, including common areas, meeting rooms and grocery orders.
**Events Assistance**:
- Create and manage event strategy plans, proposals, recommendations, and outside vendor statements of work and contracts.
- Own event sponsorship, registration, technology, venue and food/beverage planning, signage, accommodations, property sourcing, selection and contract negotiations, vendor/customer relations, and other logistics & administrative tasks.
- Schedule all travel including flights, hotel and venues.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an office Assistant or office administrator, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
- Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
This position is 5 days in office - no hybrid or remote option offered.
Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
