**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the office, ensuring smooth functioning on a day-to-day basis
- Providing administrative support to various departments and executives
- Maintaining office efficiency by implementing and improving office systems, layouts, and procedures
- Directly managing administrative staff
- Coordinating office maintenance and repairs, managing office supplies, and overseeing equipment inventory
- Assisting in budget planning and monitoring expenses related to office operations, supplies, and services
- Maintaining accurate records, files, and databases, both physical and digital
- Serving as a point of contact between management, employees, clients, ensuring effective communication
- Implementing and enforcing office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations at all times
**COMPETENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- College degree in business administration, office management, or a related field
- A minimum of 7-10 years of previous experience in an administrative or office management role
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate administrative staff
- Must have strong problem-solving skills, ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and make decisions in a timely manner
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, with superior organizational and time management skills (ability to multi-task)
- Ability to prepare reports and maintain detailed and organized records
- Highly professional and able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Responsible and dependable, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt
