**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
- **Budget Management**: Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management in a B2B environment.
**Skills**:
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
**Tools and Software**:
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

- Campaign engagement rates (open rates, click-through rates).
