Wereseeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Manager to spearhead ourTech Clients B2B sales efforts and drive significant revenuegrowth.
Responsibilities:
- TeamLeadership:Recruit hire train and manage a highperforming salesteam.
- SalesStrategy:Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics toachieve aggressive salesgoals.
- PipelineManagement:Oversee the sales pipeline ensuring efficient lead generationqualification andclosure.
- Customer RelationshipManagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers anddecisionmakers.
- PerformanceAnalysis:Track and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas forimprovement and optimize salesprocesses.
- Coaching andDevelopment:Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to sales team members toenhance their skills andproductivity.
RequirementsProventrack record of success in B2B sales management preferably in thetechnologyindustry.
Strongleadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire ateam.
Excellentcommunication and negotiationskills.
Deepunderstanding of sales methodologies and bestpractices.
Stronganalytical and problemsolvingskills.
Bachelorsdegree or equivalentexperience.
Musthave a working laptop and a reliable highspeed internetconnection
