We are looking for a Contract & Facilities Administrator to join our Corporate team in Calgary, AB. Reporting to the Executive Director, CapEx, this position works with the facilities team by completing functions necessary for the successful coordination of contractual agreements, maintenance planning, and other administrative duties to support daily operational needs and facilities management functions.

**What you will do**:

- Primary contact in operations team for national contracts and all contractual matters, acting as a liaison with internal customers and departments for all matters affecting contracts and agreements
- Assist with maintenance of contracts management system as well as implementation and enforcement of contract policies
- Manage contract database, tracking spends, rebates and supplier incentives
- Coordinate and provide guidance on commonly requested contractual edits, non-standard terms, policies, copies, questions, etc.
- Review proposed modifications to contracts and work with internal business partners and third parties to negotiate terms, obtaining approvals for modifications as required
- Maintain and implement processes to continually improve the contracts administration process
- Monitor supplier compliance with contractual requirements and performance specifications
- Assist with supplier/contract performance evaluations, scorecards, and conflict resolutions
- Assist in the production and implementation of training programs, manuals and videos
- Through collaboration with managers, share and implement best practices related to contracts and facilities
- Travel to regions to assist with the implementation of facilities processes, training, data collection and reporting as required
- Establish and maintain required project files, maintaining confidential information and records
- Establish reporting metrics and documentation on contracts and facilities
- Assist in implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures relating to the facilities team and the company
- Other duties as assigned

**What you will bring**:

- Ability to use, at an intermediate level, MS Office products
- A self-starter with a high level of organizational, time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment under pressure to meet tight deadlines, within a team environment
- A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in positions of increasing responsibility in contract administration, property management, project management or related fields, preferably in large, multi-family complexes
- Previous experience working with Yardi and in facilities, home building or property management an asset
- Working knowledge of work order management systems, with a demonstrated capacity to work with a variety of software platforms to manage operational needs

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$64,000.00 per year
