ATCO Structures & Logistics office in Calgary is looking to add a new team member to their small, dynamic, and very collaborative team. The Contracts Administrator (Leasing & Receivables Administrator) supports the coordination and administration of lease contracts for our space rental projects as part of the team in our Bluegrass location in Calgary AB. In this role, you will be able to play a key role in ensuring excellence by interfacing with various co-workers and our external clients.
**What Else You Get To Do**:
- Manage a variety of administrative and coordination activities related to rental agreements, and lease contracts, including the generation and submission of invoices.
- Review and understand contract terms and conditions, deliverables, and responsibilities.
- Be the primary interface with the client for matters relating to invoicing, payments, and collections.
- Support project execution requirements while keeping a focus on safety, time, and on financial considerations.
- Assist with the semi-annual fleet count reconciliation.
- Administer rental agreement contracts in accordance with the agreed-upon terms and conditions.
**Who You Are**:
- Completed post-secondary education.
- Thorough understanding and experience with business administration and/or administering equipment rental leases.
- Ability to understand contract terms and conditions.
- Be familiar with the Prompt Payment and Construction Lien Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act, and Workers’ Compensation Act.
- Proven ability to work in an autonomous, high-volume, and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, namely Outlook and Excel
- Strong interpersonal, multitasking, organizational, and administration skills.
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and analytical skills.
