**Work Schedule**: Weekdays - Day Shift

**Summary of Position**

Reporting to the Director, Human Resources and Business Operations, the primary responsibility of the Facilities Administrator is to provide facility support and proactively contribute to the overall day-to-day operations of the site while offering exceptional service to all internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure the physical site is well maintained, functional and safe for all employees and visitors
- Participate in the coordination of external vendors as required (i.e., contractors, building management, cleaning company, repair companies)
- Monitor the site to ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) guidelines
- Assist in addressing facility-related issues brought forth by employees and visitors, as needed
- Maintain common physical spaces (i.e., meeting rooms, kitchen, etc.), ensuring they are ready to be used
- Assist in coordinating logistics for internal and external events and meetings, ensuring the facility is set up and ready to host these activities
- Routinely monitor the use of office and kitchen supplies throughout the facility and stock them accordingly (e.g., refill printer paper)
- Monitor inventory of office and kitchen supplies and communicate ordering needs to the Facilities Coordinator
- Provide coverage for the Facilities Coordinator, and act as main point of contact for all facility needs in their absence
- Other duties/projects as assigned by the Director

**Qualifications**
- Certificate in medical office or business administration
- Experience in a medical/clinical setting is considered an asset
- Demonstrated pattern of professional and personal development
- This role requires the individual to work on-site full time

**Other**
- Travel to other Calgary Foothills Primary Care Network site (located in Cochrane) on occasion may be required
- Rare occasional evening or weekend work may be required
