Limelight Software is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join the team

We are looking for high-energy, driven professionals with experience in sales and proven results to support multiple Account Executives in hunting new businesses.

**The day-to-day**:

- Qualify sales leads through high-level conversations with executives
- Building sales messaging & sales cadences for efficient and effective sales outreach
- Work closely and collaboratively with the sales team to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans
- Consistently exceed sales activities and stays on top of key metrics

**Must-haves**:

- You are personable and build lasting relationships with people.
- Natural curiosity with the ability to think ‘outside the box.
- Coachable, works well in a team environment
- You can understand and explain technical and financial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-starter with proven initiative - Have an idea? Do not wait for others, get started
- You take ownership of your work and your customers know that you are accountable.
- 2+ years of inbound or outbound sales experience, preferably selling a B2B SaaS product.
- Understanding of financial and accounting concepts.
- Experience with sales CRM like HubSpot,
- Proven track record of driving results.

**Education**
- Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma
