B2B Sales Representative / Account Manager

We are looking for a consultant or sales representative / account manager who will work closely with management to develop medium and large strategic accounts in Canada and North America.

MATWINS is a division of NORAMSOFT, whose main product is visit management software to help companies relieve congestion at their reception desks. We help companies increase the security of their facilities through our solution, which is already in use in companies in Montreal and the rest of Canada.

You'll be part of a young, dynamic team that knows how to combine work and play for the well-being of all. You'll be supported and encouraged by your peers, with whom you'll be able to discuss your concerns or seek advice at any time.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Use mainly generic tools to qualify prospects according to specific criteria.
- Plan and organize sales trips to commercial and industrial areas to present the product and convert leads into firm sales.
- Willing to be on the road 60% of the time in order to prospect potential customers and present the product or close introductory meetings with key people.
- Master the software product being marketed, so as to present it to potential customers with ease and efficiency.
- Attract the interest of prospects, and lead the discussion with them through to the conclusion of a product demonstration meeting or the final closing of the sale.
- Maintain a close and professional commercial relationship with our existing customers and develop the relationship with the aim of promoting the adoption of additional stations for their other points of service.
- Enter data into CRM and follow up with prospects.
- Creative, resourceful and passionate about sales and sales representation
- Committed and motivated to meet sales targets.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
- Training in sales and marketing with digital tools
- 3+ years' experience as a sales representative, sales rep and account manager
- Solid understanding of B2B sales practices and how to reach corporate decision-makers.
- Excellent understanding of the issues involved in selling a cloud software product in a corporate environment.
- Ambition to find new and unique ways to grow market share.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Good communication skills
- Bilingual (written and spoken French and functional English)
- Meticulous, organized and motivated
- Ability to follow up leads over weeks or months
- Experience or knowledge of the food distribution, packaging or agri-food production sector would be an asset

COMPENSATION, BENEFITS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Base salary of $20/hr to $30/hr plus depending on experience
- 2 weeks vacation or more depending on experience
- Remote work with weekly follow-up meetings (On the road 60% of the time)
- Type of employment: permanent (full-time)
- Vehicle required for daily prospecting in the greater Toronto area

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- B2B sales: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
