**Basement Systems Québec**, regional leader in the foundation repair industry in Quebec, is looking for a **Full time permanent **Monday to Friday 8am-5pm **Appointment Center Specialist **for our appointment center.

**The Opportunity**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy and provide customers with a remarkable experience
- Take calls and schedule appointments with customers that are in need of our products and services. NO HARD SELLING
- Make follow up calls ensure resolution and understanding
- Maintain customer records/files by updating account information
- Continuously monitor the calendar and ensure appointment scheduling is optimized
- Contribute to the team effort by performing related tasks as needed
- Process texts, archive, copy, print, post, organize, etc
- 1 years customer service or call center experience and good phone etiquette - good track record
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
- Disciplined and motivated
- Ability to manage several tasks at the same time (multitasking)
- Good listening skills
- Ability to actively follow up
- Likes to consult and help people
- Proficiency in computer skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
