**Position Overview**:
**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Duties and Responsibilities:_
- Develop, execute and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and exceptional customer service for new and existing customers
- Develop and expand a diverse portfolio of customers, demonstrating effective relationship management
- Work in collaboration with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement a marketing strategy to grow the Hub Equipment Division's presence in the Western Canada market
- Regularly participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders on the progress towards the identified goals and business objectives
- Conduct research on customers, competitors, and general market conditions to identify and communicate trends, risks and opportunities
- Accurately prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to laws and guidelines
- Coordinate with 3rd party maintenance providers to deliver excellent product support to customers
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to purchase rental fleet and coordinate logistics for purchased or sold equipment
- Build, develop and grow a team

**What You’ll Bring to the Team**
- Qualifications and Requirements:_
- Preferably 10+ years of experience in the Heavy Equipment industry, preferably in customer service, marketing, or sales-related positions
- Extensive knowledge of heavy equipment
- Must reside in the Greater Edmonton Area and be willing to travel throughout Western Canada
- Education in business, marketing, finance, heavy equipment, or a related field of study would be an asset (equivalent work experience will also be considered an asset)
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, and comfortability with SRM software is a bonus
- Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques, and a proven record of successful business development
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively plan and organize sales presentations, meetings and marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with social media, industry publications, and other marketing and advertisement tools
- Advanced negotiation skills
- Very self-directed with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Experience collaborating with various stakeholders and departments
- Strong leadership skills and the ability and willingness to grow and manage a team
- Enthusiasm and passion for the industry and for the growth potential of Hub in Western Canada
