Pinnacle Business Services Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Apeetogosan (Métis) Development Inc (AMDI). We are committed to providing professional, efficient, and effective business advisory service to the Alberta Indigenous business community**.**

Pinnacle Business Services Ltd. (PBS) was incorporated in 1993. The corporation’s primary focus is to support Indigenous people of Alberta to achieve economic self-sufficiency.

The Business Advisor position will report directly to the Business Operations Manager of PBS. Our team supports AMDI client's through the process to obtain financing for growth or startup projects. PBS accomplishes this by engaging with clients to create detailed business plans. Other duties include forecasting, financial statement analysis, client coaching regarding tax and accounting, relationship building, and interaction with Metis, Non-Status, and Inuit Peoples.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build relationships with clients to understand their needs and operations.
- Develop Business Plans for Apeetogosan clients
- Support Apeetogosan and Pinnacle business strategy
- Work closely with clients on going strategic planning
- Provide advice for tax planning and accounting needs

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with small to medium sized business and sole proprietors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer relationship management skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite Products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements
- Analytical thinking and problem solving
- Maintain Confidentiality
- Strong understanding of Metis Citizens economic needs, including any indigenous person without status

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary Education in Business
- Minimum 5 Years Experience in Business Management of SME
- Experience with Indigenous business and community needs is an asset

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
