We are looking for a dynamic Veterinary Receptionist to join our reception team

Our hospital is extremely well run, highly organized and we truly value work life balance. Hours of work vary between 7:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. between Monday to Friday.
- Successfully graduated from a recognized Veterinary Assistant program or have 3+ years of experience working in a reception role in a clinic
- Excellent customer service skills with a high level of professionalism
- Confidence with handling pets
- Self-motivated and can easily manage workload by prioritizing and being aware of where your support is required in the moment
- Manage emotions and remain calm during times of stress
- Willing to go the extra mile
- Empowered to make decisions
- The ability to communicate effectively Someone who enjoys being part of a team and believes in treating others with kindness and respect and wants to continue learning

Experience working with Avimark and being computer savvy would be an asset. We will mentor, teach and provide support in any learning initiatives that you have interest in.
