**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Answer phones / Route Calls
- Greet / Assist customers
- Assist the Office Manager with daily tasks where required.
- Keep track of / order stock for production.
- Keep track of / order supplies for the office.
- Cross train with other departments to act as a backup when required.
- Perform various administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents, ensuring easy access to information.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance overall efficiency.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in a print shop environment would be considered an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Google Docs and Gmail.
- Solid clerical skills including filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:
