'''Duties''' - Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the office - Coordinate and supervise administrative staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance - Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations - Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office supplies and services - Maintain office equipment and ensure proper functioning - Handle employee inquiries and provide support for HR-related matters - Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees - Conduct training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge - Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations '''Requirements''' - Proven experience in office administration or a similar role - Strong knowledge of human resources practices and procedures - Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team - Proficient in vendor management, including contract negotiation and relationship building - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal - Experience in training development is a plus - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Budgeting experience is preferred This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team.
