We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your excellent phone etiquette, organizational skills, and customer service abilities will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our daily operations.

**Duties**:

- Serving customers, answering and directing phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Accurately entering invoices and bills into our Accounting Software
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Cut keys, sell product, assist with order preparations
- Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of store front including sweeping, mopping, dusting

**Skills**:

- Basic administrative knowledge to assist with various office tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and speed
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle calls professionally and efficiently
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and ensuring accuracy
- Outstanding customer service skills to provide support and assistance to customers

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
