Evolve Surface Strategies Inc. is a dynamic Right-of-Way Acquisition company specializing in land acquisition and community engagement services. We proudly serve various industries across North America, including renewable energy, oil and gas, utilities, transportation, telecommunications, and general land access. Evolve is currently servicing five core industries and operating in multiple provinces/states across Canada and the USA.
Due to recent growth and activity levels, Evolve is actively hiring to expand our depth and strength within key regions of North America. We are looking for a team member who will play a vital role in accelerating Evolve's growth while enhancing our corporate culture and overall team dynamics.
**Position: Human Resources Generalist (Regina, SK)**
**Responsibilities would include**:
- Assisting HR Lead with employee inquiries in all disciplines of human resources in both Canada and the US
- Supporting the delivery of the entire Evolve employee experience from Onboarding to Offboarding
- Handling administration of employee benefit programs such as Health Benefits and RRSP
- Administration, facilitation, and tracking of employee leaves such as Workers Compensation, STD, and LTD
- Administration and tracking of employee performance reviews
- Maintenance of employee records and HR systems including HRIS, employee records, and time/payroll management software
- Supporting internal policies and procedures in relation to both company strategy and external regulatory requirements
- Supporting recruitment through screening of CVs, interviews, and employment offer creation
- Other general human resources related items as directed by the Human Resources Lead

**Requirements**:
- Knowledge and experience in multiple disciplines of human resources
- Desire to grow your career and gain new knowledge, demonstrated through past experiences or achievements
- Strong organizational skills combined with effective multitasking ability
- Effective communication skills and understanding of HR’s role within a diverse organization
- Experience working with corporate HR and privacy policy guidelines for confidential information
- Self-directed and motivated, capable of working both independently and collaboratively
- Understanding of regulatory requirements around employment in Canada and willingness to learn in the United States
- Experience with document creation and review using Microsoft Word/Adobe
- Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite programs, including Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.
**What Will Set You Apart**:
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management or possession of an HR designation
- Knowledge and experience in both Canadian and United States employment regulations
- Human Resources experience in companies operating in multiple provinces and jurisdictions
- Experience in policy creation and structure, with examples of past initiatives
- Experience with Bamboo HR
- Experience with ADP
