**Praxis Permanent Part Time Human Resource Consultant**

**About You**

The Human Resources Consultant role will report to a Senior Director in our Firm. At this time, we are looking for an individual who is interested in working in a permanent, part time role, between 3-4 days per week, on an alternate work arrangement.

**The Human Resources Consultant is accountable for the following**:
Business Development

Project Delivery

You will contribute to teams of 2-5 people and be tasked with delivering the contracted mandate for fractional HR work and other assigned organizational development and Human Resources projects. Over the course of each project, you will gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate recommendations. You will co-present or present results to clients and implement recommendations in collaboration with clients. You will serve on multiple client engagements in a range of industries at any one time.

Project Management

Internal Human Resources Service Delivery and Advice

In addition to consulting projects, you will be responsible for implementing Praxis internal people and human resources programs and processes, including recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, total rewards, policy updates, and training. If you have an interest in being a generalist and working in all areas of human resources, this role is for you In addition, you will have the opportunity to be mentored and coached by senior human resource professionals who are experts in their field.

**Education & Qualifications**
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant business, human resources and/or consulting experience (internal or external clients).
- A post-secondary degree in Business, human resources, training and development or a related discipline, with a preference to advanced degrees such as MBAs.
- Working towards or has obtained certifications such as CPHR, Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Project Management (PMP), Prosci Change Management, or ICF coaching credentials would be considered an asset.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects, critical thinking skills and entrepreneurial mindset and an orientation to service and proactive client relationship management.
- Some travel required.
- We would prefer a team member based in Saskatchewan and this role could be completed remotely.
