**Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage front desk operations, greeting patients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Handle incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
- Maintain organized records and files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for dental staff.
- Provide customer support by addressing patient concerns and facilitating effective communication between patients and healthcare providers.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks, including invoicing and tracking payments.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and office organization to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance the overall patient experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a dental office or similar healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a friendly demeanor while assisting patients.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential for maintaining accurate records and providing quality support.

Pay: $21.53-$22.54 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:
