**Overview**
**Duties**:
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Assist in managing office correspondence and communications
- Provide excellent customer support by responding to inquiries and directing calls
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Utilize computerized systems for various administrative tasks
- Support the sales team with creating sales sheets, purchase orders, creating new skus in Quickbooks.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and record keeping
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and staff
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
Pay: $30,000.00-$32,561.84 per year
