We are seeking a highly skilled Office Reception and Administrative Assistant to join our team at beBee Professionals in Windsor, Canada. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional support to our staff and clients, ensuring seamless office operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage incoming calls, respond to emails, and provide a high level of customer service.
- Schedule appointments, manage office calendars, and perform general administrative tasks.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office.
