**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with professionalism and courtesy.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with excellent phone etiquette.
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, providing excellent customer service.
- Manage scheduling, customer information, and service details using ServiceTitan or similar CRM software.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Maintain financial records and assist with invoicing, payments, and expense tracking using QuickBooks.
- Follow detailed scripts when communicating with customers.
- Accurately input data and maintain organized records.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide customer service support by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies inventory.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data entry, and communication purposes.
- Support various administrative tasks including data entry, correspondence, and report generation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in the plumbing industry in an administrative role or as a receptionist is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
- Experience with ServiceTitan or other CRM systems.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Excellent phone etiquette with strong communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing a positive experience for clients.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow processes and scripts.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are crucial for success in this role.
